2.2 Account Security

The registered user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Sharing a password with anyone else, allowing others to use the account, or selling the account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, bengal support must be notified immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If there is any change to the user's mobile number, email, or payment method, bengal support must be contacted as soon as possible to update the information. bengal will not be responsible for any loss suffered by the user due to outdated or incorrect information.

Identity Verification

To maintain a safe and transparent environment, bengal reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the verification process is not completed, withdrawals or certain specific services may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of a National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method — for example, linking the identity document to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bengal are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200 — to withdraw, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• bengal weekly reload festival: once per week, 30% bonus up to ৳5,000, wagering 18 times.
• bengal slot campaign bonus: once per week on slot games, 50% bonus up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times.
• bengal cricket mania offer: once per week on cricket betting, 40% bonus up to ৳6,000, wagering 15 times.
• Refer a friend and win with bengal: up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, wagering 12 times.
• bengal birthday reward: up to ৳2,000 once a year on your birthday, wagering 10 times.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Attempting to earn bonuses through abuse or manipulation — such as opening separate accounts in the names of multiple members of the same household to claim bonuses — will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. bengal reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time to ensure fair use.

Gaming Conduct

All users on the bengal platform are expected to play honestly and fairly. Any form of cheating, use of bots, software hacking, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games through automated or artificial software.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using technical errors or incorrect odds on the platform as an opportunity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the game interface or servers.
• Harassing or behaving offensively towards other users.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete during a game due to server problems, disconnection, or a technical fault, bengal will make its decision based on the game provider's logs. Winnings obtained under faulty conditions are not valid.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Balance upon Account Closure

7.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

Any user may close their own account if they wish. In this case, the account will be deactivated after all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any active bonus will be forfeited before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

bengal makes every effort to operate its platform reliably and without interruption. However, bengal will bear no liability for compensation in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to the user's internet connection, device issues, or a power outage.
• Due to failure or delay on the part of a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank).
• During unexpected technical faults or server maintenance.
• If the user's account suffers a loss due to unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
